Bouncing/Powerbocking for Dummies ;)

Here's what's going to happen

A lot of you guys have seen them somewhere on TV. These spring loaded Jumping stilts... I do this Sport and i am always willing to teach people to "bounce". :)

Things needed:

* a pair of sneakers(Neither hiking boots nor High Heels)
* a body that weighs less than 120kg ( Tech Specs)

It is:

* fairly easy to learn(10 mins tops and you can walk on your own)
* Hell of an exercise (You have to be balanced at all times so about 97% of you muscles are working at all times. If you do a proper workout you will have sore muscles in places you never knew you had muscles,not a joke)
* definately a TON of fun because it's basically a trampoline strapped to your legs :)
