How does a street (Like Kastanienallee) get Hip, and later on 'over the hill' again? What can we do about gentrification and what do anti-gentrifaction protesters want?
This is a process on the edge of sociology, fashion and urban planning and in the back the internet plays a large role in accelerating it.
In a 2 hours trip through Prezlauerberg I'll show you who things start and how a gentrification works. You will build an opinion about this topic. We will discuss it while walking the tour. We will visit the hip coffee bars and see the post hip restaurants and shops.
