Making fresh Pasta di Mama with AH food

Here's what's going to happen

Basic description

Nicola will teach you the ins and out of Italian cooking that he learned from his 'mama' in Venice when he was younger. The perfectionist himself has his own pasta machine and knows exactly to cook the pasta with the best refined sauces with simple ingredients that can be bought at your local supermarket.

Procedure

Together with a few people Nicola takes you to the local (super)market and explains you what ingredients are the best to use for the dish you want to prepare. He will make a pasta aioli together with a good salad or he can go even more complicated with some good sausages or go completely wild shrimps with zuchini (pictures).

Other expertises (in case you get sick and tired to talk about food)

Nicola has a great taste for good design. He finished his Architecture studies at the Technical University of Delft cum laude and is probably one of the best unknown graphical designers out there (no portfolio or whatsoever online, he's a perfectionist). He's also very much in the know of Italian politics (he's happy Berlusconi is gone) and is about to speak fluently Dutch, so don't to try(if you're Dutch).
